Study Without Admission Restrictions

Numerous degree courses at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities are currently not subject to admission restrictions.
Prospective students can immediately enrol for these degree courses without any formal application procedure.

All prospective students who have gained a valid higher education entrance qualification (usually: Abitur) and who apply prior to the enrolment deadline are guaranteed a place at the university.

How do I enrol?

At the University of Greifswald, you can enrol online for degree courses without admission restrictions. Your data is entered directly into the university’s database. After entering your data, you have to print out the application form, sign it and send it to the university with all the required documents or hand it in in person at the Students’ Registration Office.

Online enrolment is activated shortly before the start of the enrolment period.
