The Baltica Fellowship (so-called the August von Kotzebue Fellowship) is intended for work with the historical Baltica holdings of the Academic Library of the University of Tallinn/Estonia. The scholarship is open to researchers from all disciplines due to the diversity of the existing holdings. It is a scholarship for doctoral and post-doctoral students.
